Good Laundry provides a convenient drop-off and collection service for suits, dresses, jackets, formal wear, wedding garments and specialist items. We transport garments to and from Queenstown twice weekly, making professional dry cleaning accessible without the need to travel.

Before You Drop Off

Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround is 7-10 days, although some items may require additional care and take longer.

• If you need your item back by a specific date, please let us know when dropping it off and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Collection & Delivery Schedule

• We transport dry cleaning to and from Queenstown on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Turnaround times are based on these scheduled runs and processing requirements.

• All payments and collections are managed through Good Laundry.

• We take every care with your garments throughout the process.

Payment

• Payment is required prior to collection of your dry cleaning.

• Quotes are available on request; however, these may not be available immediately as pricing needs to be confirmed.

Notification

• We will send you a text message when your items have returned to Wānaka and are ready for collection..
